Peter Andre tells Dan Wootton: I’ve never touched heroin or cocaine, but I’ve had the odd smoke.
Pete gives his most honest interview ever
Peter Andre’s tight-knit entourage are trying to protect him at the moment as he pushes ahead with limited work commitments while caring for brother Andrew, 52, who’s battling kidney cancer.
‘I can’t deny that I’m distraught. It’s killing us. It’s killing me inside,’ Pete, 39, tells Now’s Dan Wootton.
‘But it’s Andrew who’s suffering every day.’
Pete has lost 2st with worry.
His split from Katie Price in 2009 also saw him hit an extreme emotional low, but Pete has never turned to drugs to help him through his traumas.
‘Put it this way, I’ve never touched a pill or heroin or cocaine in my life,’ say Pete.
‘But I had the odd smoke when I was 18, if you know what I mean.’

Peter Andre randomly selected ball number 20, before Noel wished him good luck!
Peter got off to a troublesome start, fiddling with this microphone transmitter. “Worse than J-Lo” said The Banker. £50K, £10K, £3K and two blues completed the opening round. The Banker joked about putting a Price on Peter to which he wittily replied, “I’m Priceless.” The opening offer was an all expenses paid trip to the Middle East, Iraq or Jordan? “More like Iran” once again retorted Peter. The Banker liked his style and offered £10K – NO DEAL. Peter is playing Deal or No Deal for ‘Health Improvement Project Zanzibar,’ founder, Dr Ruaraidh was on the wings. Ryan got the penny kiss in an all-blue second round. “How could you do this to me?” asked The Banker who offered £13K – NO DEAL. There was a nasty sting in the tail of round three, £100K! The Banker told Peter to concentrate on Zanzibar and he’d be Insania to turn down £11.5K – NO DEAL.
Peter was drawn to Tom with £5 before having a gut feeling towards Gemma with box two. Daughter of Dr Ruaraidh, Emily told Peter to go with his feeling but that was bad advice, £250K! £5K left four blues and four reds on the board at eight box. The fourth offer was £7K – NO DEAL. Dr Ruaraidh had £1 in round five; £500 and £20K were also found. Peter said the charity needs £30K to complete a primary care unit. The Banker thought his offer of £12K was a step in the right direction. Dr Ruaraidh thought Peter should take it and so did the rest of Peter’s box openers. Noel asked the question – NO DEAL. It was all or nothing when £75K was hit. Unfortunately £35K followed leaving £50 and £1K at the climax. The Banker offered £99.95p. Peter promised to personally help the charity before saying – NO DEAL. The Banker offered the swap – SWAP! Emily’s box 18 came to the table, which Noel flipped to see £1K!

When I was on Keith Lemon’s Lemonaid, he had some puppies on the show that people could win as part of a competition.
As soon as I laid my eyes on one of them, I fell totally in love and, within a week, I’d bought her for the kids.
She’s called Porridge and she’s an absolute beauty.
We all love her so much, although Charlie Pug has been getting a little bit jealous, bless him.
We’re making sure we give him lots of attention too, but he gets sick in the car whereas Porridge, who’s also a pug, loves it, so I tend to take her everywhere with me every day. I’m just completely smitten.
When she first arrived, we couldn’t decide on a name for her.
I wanted to call her Bista (Princess’s nickname), Junior wanted to call her Babygirl and Princess wanted to call her Minnie.
We tried out all those names but Junior was eating a bowl of porridge for breakfast one morning and said, “I love porridge,” and she turned round.
We kept trying the other names out on her, but Porridge was the only one she responded to, so that was it!

The ‘Behind Closed Doors’ hitmaker – who has two children, Junior, six, and four-year-old Princess Tiaamii, with ex-wife Katie Price, as well as helping raise her nine-year-old son Harvey from a previous relationship – is ‘completely smitten’ with his new pug, Porridge, so much so he has been taking her ‘everywhere’ with him.
Writing in his column for new! magazine, he explained: ‘When I was on Keith Lemon’s ‘Lemonaid’, he had some puppies on the show that people could win as part of a competition. As soon as I laid my eyes on one of them, I fell totally in love and, within a week, I’d bought her for the kids. She’s called Porridge and she’s an absolute beauty.

I’m just completely smitten.’
The 39-year-old reality TV star initially had difficulty thinking of a name for his new pooch, but Junior inadvertently came up with a moniker for the four-legged friend one day when the dog responded to the six year old’s expression of love for oat breakfast cereal porridge.
He added: ‘When she first arrived, we couldn’t decide on a name for her. I wanted to call her Bista (Princess’s nickname), Junior wanted to call her Babygirl and Princess wanted to call her Minnie.
‘We tried out all those names but Junior was eating a bowl of porridge for breakfast one morning and said, ‘I love porridge,’ and she turned round. We kept trying the other names out on her, but Porridge was the only one she responded to, so that was it! I think it’s really cute.’

Peter Andre became a barman on a recent night out in Dublin.
The ‘Behind Closed Doors’ singer was in the Irish capital to appear on a talk show and after filming her went to a local pub, where he got behind the bar and started serving customers.
He recalled: ‘I went out in Dublin until 3am after filming ‘The Saturday Night Show’ over there. It was honestly the funniest night ever. We went to a pub called Paddy Cullen’s and I bought a round for about 20 people. I even got behind the bar at one point to serve people. Then they had a live musician and, when he started singing ‘Blue Suede Shoes’, I got up and joined in. To all the lovely people I met in Paddy Cullen’s, I just want to say ‘McSweeney Rave.’ They’ll know what I mean!’
The night before Peter – who has two children, Junior, six, and four-year-old Princess Tiaamii, with ex-wife Katie Price, as well as helping raise her nine-year-old son Harvey from a previous relationship – went to the Sugar Hut in Essex where he narrowly missed bumping into Pamela Anderson.
Writing in his column for new! magazine, Peter said: ‘I went to Sugar Hut in Essex to support my brother Mikey who was DJing there. I got there after midnight as I’d been
filming ‘Lemonaid’ with Keith Lemon, but I still had time for a few drinks. It’s absolutely crazy in the place, I love it. Apparently, I just missed Pamela Anderson as she’d just left but I wasn’t too bothered.’
