Peter Andre has revealed that he flew his new girlfriend Emily Macdonagh to Italy to celebrate her birthday.

The couple have been dating for several months and managed to avoid the paparazzi on their romantic trip.

Peter told Now magazine: “I took Emily on a surprise trip to Venice.

“I managed to keep where we were going a secret right up until we landed as I made her look at the floor in the airport when we were checking in.”

He added: “She was really chuffed and we had an absolutely amazing time together.

“The really special thing about it was that we didn’t get photographed once and that really made the holiday for us.”

Despite the romantic holiday, Andre insists that they have no plans to tie the knot.

Peter said: “There was a story in a magazine last week saying that Emily and I have already discussed marriage.

“I feel the need to clear this up and say it’s totally false. Jeez guys, if I was that fast a mover I’d practically be Usain Bolt!”
